Due to a trip down to Texas I've actually had to work extra hard lately to keep everything on schedule. It's amazing how much a five day trip can screw up scheduling. Somehow I managed to pull it all off. Some great stuff coming up on future shows but for now you're stuck with a theme show. It's like jumping a shark while playing a ukulele. Well maybe it's not that extreme but you get the idea. I'll make it up to you next time around depending on your taste in music and appreciation of rambling.

This news update is brought to you by the letter "B" as in busy as in holy crap things have been busy lately. Lots of stuff going on both with and without the show. Sometimes I find it hard to keep it all straight and sometimes I just don't. These things happen. Of course I never let it get in the way of providing you with quality entertainment. I'm not saying that I'm providing sed entertainment - I just don't let it get in the way.

I'm actually quite shocked on how quickly this show got put together. I had a totally different idea that I've been kicking around but decided to save it for another time (all will be revealed). Also our good friend Tommy Hayes has come up with an excellent idea for a show. Logistical nightmare? Perhaps. We'll keep it in the idea bin for now and see if it materializes. One never know. There's so many ideas that get kicked around and sometimes they actually come to fruition. And let me just say that Ron Centanario Fondacion XX Anejo is a damn fine rum!

Well the "Quest For A Sponsor" continued recently at the 8th Annual RumFest. It seemed like we had a good prospect by the end of the event but then again it also seemed liked we could walk straight by the end of the event. The latter wasn't true. As far as the prospect - well that's still up in the air. E-mails have been written - replies have not been received. I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on that.
